Went to the gym, did the elliptical, started some free weights for my arms, but my son was ready to go!

Gym is best for weight loss and we can also join for fitness. Exercise is best for body and healthy mind. Gym has many more benefit for our body and life.

Doing well with your exercise? I suggest that you put photos in your everyday blog for us also to see you, not just an update with what you did. Make it more like you are telling us a story, how did you do today or anything, to make it more interesting. It's like you are also encouraging us to go to the gym every single day. How was your session? I hope it went well! Going to gym, especially after Christmas season is a must since we are all aware of our food intake! We need to get rid of unwanted fats that we gain during holiday, and it's a start of a year and one must face it with a healthy lifestyle! I am happy that you are fond of going to gym and you challenge yourself every step of the way. Bad thing your session was cut because of your son's arrival!
