How was your session? I hope it went well! Going to gym, especially after Christmas season is a must since we are all aware of our food intake! We need to get rid of unwanted fats that we gain during holiday, and it's a start of a year and one must face it with a healthy lifestyle! I am 36, 5'7". I was a size 6-8 at 130-135 lbs before I had my sweet baby boy in Aug. 2014. Currently I am size 12 @ 155-160 lbs and ready to be back in my size 8 clothing!
